BCH is requesting the following functionality in order to consider their Edge deployment a highly available solution:

1. If subscriber fails over during a peer to peer call, prevent device from trying to reconnect to subscriber because it ends up dropping the call (allow peer to peer calls to stay connected during subscriber failover)

2. Develop monitoring/alerting when devices lose connectivity to publisher

3. Build auto restart into Vocera engine when losing connectivity to publisher
