Vina is a Critical hospital communication application and must continue to work with full functionality even if the app is closed in the background.

Currently, if the User swipes up on the Vina app, there is no warning that they will no longer receive calls, and can even be logged out of the app (this has been found by some Users).

Other voice apps like WhatsApp, Telegram and Viber continue to have full functionality even if they are closed in the background.

Vina should also continue to work even if it is closed in the background. This is a serious patient safety concern.
