When you upgrade to 4.4 and users are prompted to record their name, be warned that several users logged in thinking it was their name and it wasn't and recorded their name.  Ensure when training staff that you have to advise them to ensure they are logged in properly by having them spell their name to log in and tell them to look on the screen.  Would be great to have this warning in the release notes.
