I needed to create a new text messaging workflow for Patient Care Supervisors to send messages to Charge nurses. unfortunately, i couldn't use the Messaging workflow to accomodate to the requirements so i created a new workflow and created a new role for it.

The menu presented to the users display the "Messaging" option by default and it's confusing because that's what they are doing (messaging).... but instead, they need to go to 'My workflows' to send their Bed Tower Messages.

i've been told by Support that this cannot be removed on the current version (6.1).
