It would be nice if the VSTG could do some call routing to multiple gateways.  For example, have nurse call audio routed directly to the SIP compatible nurse call module, and route telephone traffic to the appropriate PBX.  This would simplify the audio path and reduce call traffic on the PBX.  It would also further isoltate the nurse call traffic and keep it private.
