Force New User To Record Name

I would like to be able to have a setting that would force a user that has not recorded their name to do so, much like the "Auto-Record Voiceprint" option. This would ensure that every user records their name and dose not leave it at the default Text-To-Speech recording.

    In Voice Server 4.4 a feature was introduced to prompt users without a recorded name to record it when they log in.
